Prohibited Use

Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the t500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). t500 accepts deposits via legitimate local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, and other local banks listed on the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to the user themselves. t500 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or the unauthorised use of third-party payment instruments.
To process a withdrawal, users are required to complete identity verification first. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and five business days. t500 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
Any withdrawal attempt using a method different from the original deposit method may be subject to additional security checks. Users are advised to use the same bank account for both deposits and withdrawals to expedite the process.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
T500 Liability Limits
T500 does not guarantee that the platform will operate free of interruptions or technical errors at all times. In the event of a technical disruption, t500 will make reasonable efforts to restore services within a reasonable timeframe. However, t500 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such disruptions, including indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
T500's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
T500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of account closure for valid reasons, any remaining account balance will be processed for return to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to deductions relating to any disputed transactions.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the t500 support team. Closure requests will be processed within seven business days, and any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the t500 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of t500 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. The t500 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. t500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.
